Parents & Friends Association

We welcome all parents to become involved and support St Peter's in the Journey ahead.
The Parents & Friends Committee welcomes all parents to become involved and support St Peters in the Journey ahead. Being a part of the P&F is an exciting, rewarding and enjoyable way of being involved in our school community, a great way to meet other families in our school and most importantly, benefits your child/children from your involvement.
The role of the P&F is primarily an opportunity for social interaction between parents, teachers, students and the community in a more relaxed atmosphere, as well as raising funds for identified worthwhile projects that will benefit our students. It is with these outcomes in mind that the Parents & Friends Association meets and coordinates a variety of events throughout the year.
Over the past few years the P&F have been able to provide financial support for heating and cooling to the School Hall, the construction of a new Adventure Playground, new costumes for the Performing Arts performances, Shade Sails for the outside junior areas and over the old adventure playground, and Interactive Whiteboards for the classrooms and much more. Recently the P&F have financially supported the redevelopment of the Casey Oval.
Office bearers for 2018 include:
Principal - Michael Hanney
Mel De Luca - Co-President
Darren Bloomfield - Treasurer
Amanda Phillips - Secretary
Social Media Officer - Dani Leversha
All parents are invited to be part of the General Committee and are welcome at all meetings. The dates can be found on the Calendar on the website.
Each person brings their area of expertise to the committee and together we work hard to present a variety of functions.
New members to the committee or just casual helpers are always welcome. The Family Fun Night in first term is a great opportunity for families new and existing to meet each other in a relaxing setting. The Grandparents day and other gatherings are a great way to include the other members of the family.
The Trivia night is always popular and there are huge numbers of prizes on offer, which means almost everyone walks away, a winner.
To review dates and what’s happening around the school, log into the information on the school website, under the P&F tab.
If you feel you are able to help or support the committee in any way, please don’t hesitate to e-mail the P&F team at
